Frank,
Is it just the first boot or are all subsequent boots the same length of
time? We do quite a bit of organization on the very first boot so it tends to
take a bit longer than the others should.

As the suspend/Resume portion of this is resolved, I am marking the bug as
Fix Released. The hibernate problem should be reported as a separate issue due
to it being performed by a different piece of the software.
