Public bug reported:
Hanvon model eto605u. Plug into any usb port. On boot up grub loads, clears
screen, OS prints message about kernel buffers for the video (I think).
Instead of clearing screen and showing ubuntu progress bar it crashes. Unplug
the device and it boots fine. Ubuntu 8.04 64 bit
