After installing suggested restricted driver "Firmware for Broadcom 43xx
chipset family", LED of wireless function in my laptop (Acer Aspire
3623WXCi) is constantly lit. The respective button on side of the laptop

its directory added in ICC profile folder list of preferences. Trying to

I just tried it and I couldn't install the plugin from Firefox 3.0 in
Hardy. However, I could install flashplugin-nonfree from command line,
and after restarting Firefox 3.0, I could use it Flash. In Gutsy, where
Firefox 3 is a secondary browser, it can't play flash, even if
flashplugin-nonfree is

right, the message was different: It just told it can not burn it. Now
k3b is burning the ISO to the CD-RW. The md5sum plugin was enabled.

But I think the button should switch wifi radio on/off. In Windows it
does; there the respective light is on only when WLAN connection is on,
I suppose. (I haven't used such a connection yet, but the light does not
respond to the button and I tried it outside a wireless network.) User

On my hardware, the led is on, if the driver is installed and in use. I
haven't tested what happens if the connection is established and used.

Correction to correction: kstart command needs kdebase-bin-kde3 package
(and its dependencies). There is also kstart package, but it is for
other purpose.

No, since I have not set the update interval zero again. (I thought
setting it zero would check new items only when you click on Refresh.)
However, yarssr is so buggy, I have given up using it and I wish I would
find a working lightweight rss & atom reader. I will post another yarssr
bug today.
