I can confirm this (in MEncoder 2:1.0~rc1-0ubuntu13). -oac copy works,
mp3lame and pcm don't work. Mplayer is not affected. Mencoder uses
(autodetects) mp3lib for audio decoding, mplayer libmad.
Adding -afm libmad to mencoder command line works as a workaround.

I can confirm this too on Gutsy (Nautilus 2.20.0). Nautilus is in the
spatial mode and "keep aligned" is off.

I installed Xubuntu 16.04 as a new installation, and light-locker-
settings cannot be opened. Starting from command line I get a following

I installed Xubuntu 16.04 from a DVD to a new SDD. I ended up with a
system that had no bootloader. I have other disks with earlier Ubuntu
releases and thought "Erase and use entire disk" was the safest. I had
to re-install using manual partitioning.
