I can confirm this bug too. On my systems (a Pentium M 1.4 GHz and a Pentium M 745 1.80 GHz, RAM 512MiB) with a freshly installed Kubuntu Edgy Eft apt-index-watcher uses 100% cpu-load every 3-5 seconds. This bug seems to appear randoml. Killing apt-index-watcher fixes the problem (but it's not a so
