as konradc already pointed out, "make prepare" introduces all the problems.
I had a quick look on previous Kernel header versions and it seems like they
are all faulty, sorry.

aware this is a bug report related to the KERNEL HEADERS (uppercase, for
better understanding), which are (in case some people are not aware yet)
not meant in any modality of building a
