the following methods to fix the bug, How do you think? But the xf86
-video-intel driver use the "drmModeCrtcSetGamma" (in libdrm ->
xf86drmMode.c) to deal with the events.
In lx_display.c -> lx_crtc_gamma_set function:

I can reproduce your phenomenon. The 640x480 also can normally display.
When I setup to 832x624, it will occur a 4cm black margin on the left of the
screen. So I think the mainly reason is the difference between screen panel.
