Does anyone could tell me some steps or certain scenarios to reproduce
this bug? For example, transmit a bigfile(> 1G) through wifi while copy
files from or to USB disk.
I tried everything I can do, but still failed.

Most of the time, the driver will not work after boot up. It always try
to associate with one AP, even specify another one.But, this issue
not found in previous version ( Alpha5-) , the NetworkManager upgraded
to 0.7~~svn* at Intrepid Alpha5.

I still can't reproduce it with the steps.But it seems some thing wrong
with the relationship between rfkill and iwl4965.

There is a detailed reproduce steps. The above is the steps in dmesg.
1. Run NetworkManager-0.7, it can't connect to APs, from dmesg, driver always
try to associate one BSSID (here, we call BSSID-1)
2. Reload driver, driver also tries to associate the BSSID-1
3. Kill NetworkManager
4. Run "iwl
The new version of iwl4965 driver will be released soon. Maybe this issue has
fixed in this release, I noticed there are several changes in rfkill. I'll
keep an eye on this bug.
Just be patient.

How could I reproduce this bug on T61(7658CTO) or X61(7673J9C)? I tried
every thing I can do, none "iwl4965: Can not allocate SKB buffers",
just identified the (bug 251423).
Could you tell me the steps and configuration to reproduce this bug?

The LBM doesn't package the 5000 V2 ucode in. There is a temporary
workaround.
Goto http://intellinuxwireless.org/?n=Downloads, download the V2 uCode
package iwlwifi-5000-ucode-8.24.2.12.tgz. Unpack it, cp
iwlwifi-5000-2.ucode to /lib/firmware/ as lbm-iwlwifi-5000-2.ucode.
Reload the iwlagn module
