ubuntu 12.04
sometimes some of application windows titlebar stop responding. you can't click
on it, close button and min and maximize buttons don't work. you can't drag
them, the application is working and if you hold alt and drag window (not click
on the title bar) it move
in this picture I'm draging firefox window in back, using it's titlebar,
you can see it's draging desktop insteed.

I think it is solved.
I've not exprienced it lately. I think new updates did it.
