Looks like mysql is not able to upgrade from 5.5 to 5.7 (trusty to xenial).
I'm not sure from which version the config originates. After the option to send

Bug doesn't seem to be fixed. I upgraded to ecryptfs-utils - 111-0ubuntu1 (see
post by Launchpad Janitor (janitor) of 2016-07-14 - marking it as fixed).
However, the system keeps asking for a password for cryptswap1.
I rebuilt my swap as grosso did; however no success.

After resuming from sleep, the login screen seems to be a collage of

This is a regression from 15.04 where it worked perfectly :-)

Interestingly this happens when choosing "Suspend" from a logged in session.
If I lock the screen (to the "Switch user" screen) and select suspend, then
resume is all fine.
My graphics card is:

/md1 was mounted as /B,
the 14.04 entry was not added. This behaviour is different from what I've
seen on other machines using physical partitions rather than md devices.
Is this expected? How can I fix this? Should I submit a dedicated bug
report?
Thanks for all your help!

Thanks for your swift reply. The machine is in my office; it is
currently running Saucy, I can't reboot Trusty before Monday. Are these
commands run under Saucy (with its root on md0) useful?

I'm experiencing this bug on a fresh install of Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 x64
on every startup (looks like it already occurs when lightdm is running
or early in Gnome Shell startup as window decorations are missing at
first). I have docker.io installed (which uses lxc and cgroups if I'm
correct). Addition
