My system has two 120GB disks. Both are used in a RAID0 configuration with the
fakeraid controller.

It seems impossible to have tear-free video playback in Natty.
I tried pretty everithing in nvidia-setting and in compiz. I also set some
enviromental variable in .bashrc as suggested in some wikis.
But using Mutter instead of Compiz, it doesn't tear videos. So, I tried to
downgrade compiz to 0

On check boot logs. Boot logs are incomplete and unreadable. After a few
boots ubuntu finally loads desktop.

After logging in the screen turn black only mouse shows up and moves.
Try to open terminal with ctrl + alt + f2 is not working. Desktop wont
load and no error messages are produced.

solr is not a solution for me, as it requires an external instance on

u could try the new version 0.3.0 - it does now contain
an interpreted mode such that it should be able to have it compiled
on any platform - both i386 and amd64 are supported with native
code generation now.
