Hello Daniel, I tested the evtest and there is no response when I hit the Right
Mouse button.
I did more debugging:

If in settings I switch the primary button to the right then the mouse main
buttons do not work properly. If I left click on an empty area then I get a
menu for New folder, etc like a right click should be and if I left click on a
file then I get the options to open the files like with the stand

After upgrading from 8.04 to 9.04, the slash/question key stopped
working. Using xev, I realized that the X was thinking that the key was
the Right Control (Control_R), keycode 105. But the keyboard of the ibm
thinkpad t61 doesn't have a right control. I've tried both on kde a
I forgot to mention that the keyboard that comes with my t61 is a
brazilian abnt2.

I have the same problem.
I use Ubuntu 11.10 32 bit with Unity, and when I open a pdf in another tab, the
file opens in external application istance.
When I open a pdf in the same tab, it opens but there isn't document toolbar.
I suppose it is caused by Unity that have integrated toolbars.

I suggest a fix for this problem. This solution works with my Ubuntu 12.04 32
bit with an Atheros wireless pci card.
You should install a new package, called "ndiswrapper-dkms". This package
includes the ndiswrapper module in the new kernel 3.2.

I've tried on quantal (12.10) server and with the plymouth-dummy package
I could unlock using BOTH the passfifo method and using a keyboard on
site, attached to the machine. Did you followed the correct
instructions?:
1) dpkg -i plymouth-dummy_1.0_all.deb
2) apt-get remove plymouth

It appears that plymouth-dummy doesn't work on raring (13.04). I've
installed it and when I try to remove the plymouth package, it tries to
remove a lot of dependencies and if I remove it, the apt gets broken. If
I reinstall it though, it works again, but remote unlocking using the
passfifo method

I tried today Aug 5, 2018 to upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04. I have been using
16.04 in this machine for the last 10 months without any issues. Installed from
LiveCD. I did the upgrade not the LiveCD. It went through the entire
upgrade/installation without any issues. It finished and asked to reboo
