I would like to add my support to this report. I had similar problems.
Here is my supporting report:
Hotplug of msdos formatted Compact Flash has unexpected results after
changing the "File System:" under Media Properties Volume tab Setting to
msdos.
By default, the Compact Flash device is mount
I can confirm that Firefox only prints the first page. It doesn't
matter what printer is being used. Even when printing to PDF it only
prints the first page.

The two primary cases where I have seen this behavior are on sites that
aren't publicly available. After previously commenting on this problem,
I found a public site that exhibited the problem, but that site has been
changed and now prints correctly.
The best I can do now is describe the problem
I forgot to give my Firefox version. It is Version 3.0.5 running in an
up to date Ubuntu 8.04 system. The version text is:

I can confirm this bug, and also that the suggested fix permits dosemu to
work again.
dosemu has worked on Hardy for me since i originally installed it at beta5.
However, it quit working when the kernel update to
kernel 2.6.24-16-generic
occurred. I really need to have dosemu working pro
It would no longer make sense to attempt to provide log files since I
re-installed Ubuntu-Mate after not getting any response to my bug report
for more than five weeks. The current kernel version that is running on
my system no longer exhibits the problem reported here.
