the level 0, audit logging should be disabled, but it's not the case.

I did inspect the code, and saw more closely where the problem seems to
be.
An unknown client do some file system access, then ltspfsd tries to
mount the device, because the device is still listed in
/var/run/ltsp_fstab. Then, the script /usr/sbin/ltspfs_mount detect this
condition, and call /lib/
Ok, simple fix, prevent to mount the device while unmounting by simply
remove it from ltspfs_fstab before calling ltspfsmounter.

For localapps to work properly, the user must have access to same file
on the thin-client and on his session. USB drives are mounted
appropriately on /media/$USER on the server, but not on the thin-client.
This bug has been encountered on jaunty.
The problem is related to the script /lib/udev/ltspfs_entry that doesn't
use the right XAUTHORITY and DISPLAY variables. If those variables are
set appropriately, ltspfsmounter behaves correctly.
There is a small patch to show where the problem is, and few issues we
should think about.

Ok, thanks, and I saw that on the wiki page it has been changed.
The file for overriding the default must be 'ltsp', otherwise sourcing
order in the init script may not change the system default.
But anyway, /proc/cmdline override that and you don't need to rebuild
the initramfs.

I can confirm this bug. When not using nbd, the ltsp_script makes the
screen script to exit. Because a variable is empty, pgrep -f faile.
Attached, there is a patch to correct this. This patch have been tested
on nbd setup, and nfs setup.

The key is mounted as /var/run/drives/KINGSTON and I can list the
content. I tought that after 5 seconds, the mount point was unmounted. I

Thanks, if I do have another crash, I will add info. We may close this
bug if nobody can reproduce it.
For those that may have this bug, there is a simple workarround. Open
the broken file with abiword, then save it back. The resulting file
opens fine in openoffice.
