i'm running ubuntu 11.04 alpha 3 and it seems that i can't use repositories
safely.
to be precise, both
"ubuntu software center"
and
"update manager"
fail during the install-remove process.

The bug seems to be fixed in my case. Everything work nice at the moment
on my natty.
