Thought I'd share the following for those anticipating this bugfix:
Popey showed me the command he uses to check the Mir version.
adbshell dpkg -l "*mir*"
It should say something like "ii libmirclient4: 0.1.3+14.04. armhf" (A.K.A. Mir
0.1.3)
...bug should be fixed in 0.1.4.
