Seems reasonable. However, the launcher starts "su-to-root backintime-
gnome" and is included in the backintime-gnome package. backintime-kde
also has it's own launcher, while backintime-common doesn't include one.

I cannnot confirm this, using Pidgin 2.6.3 on Ubuntu 9.10. Closing the

linux-kernel-bugs #15893 has been fixed a long time ago, and Ubuntu
10.04 with Linux 2.6.32 isn't supported anymore, I don't see why this

Unfortunately, the keyring is not being unlocked after logging in
[update:], meaning I have to enter my password for connecting to my wifi
[/update]. This may be related to (previously fixed) bug #357346 and/or
bug #564831.

Using Natty Desktop Alpha 3, the installer takes forever to load the
screen after the installation preparation ("For best results, ensure
that this computer...").
This also happens using the Alternate CD!

I'm having a partition formatted as BFS (type "eb") on my disk. After
removing it, the partitioner loaded successfully. So the problem seems
be unrecognized file systems.

in 10 days, and 0.6.4 fixed an issue where known buddies would be bot
checked, but introduces no new features.

Since Unity with Ubuntu 11.04, there's no way to enable desktop effects
w/o Unity. The tab in gnome-appearance-properties is missing, and
setting Compiz as window manager in GConf doesn't work either.
