I don't understand why this bug cannot fixed for Gusty, since it makes
working with openoffice almost impossible. I am the IT person in small
non-profit and spent much effort to support my co-workers to switch to
Linux. This problem gives a major boost to the windows faction.

I also have a Samsung X20, but now problems with sound under Feisty.
However, because the upgrade failed I had to install feisty from the cd.
