I still think that is a defect, and I agree that should be a low priority
because it does not affect the operation of the application, but should not be
overlooked, and there are applications that are unnecessary keep open 2 times

1 - Reopen Evolution
2 - Press New,
3 - write any email address in text entry To

I dont know why this file (/etc/fonts/conf.d/65-khmer.conf) have the tag
match. if you see the file fonts.dtd just contain and
