I've encountered this bug during installation of KDE neon (uses Ubuntu

rather caused by the ubiquity package itself.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have secure boot enabled in BIOS settings,

I basically followed the installer instruction using the encryption and
LVM options as per my original settings. Every attempt I made raised the
same issue with error message:
"ubi-partman failed with exit code 141" from usb install

Calibre doesn't start properly

After normal booting there was graphical glitches on global menu. It was
on top right first after i opened Firefox it started on left side. I
recorded a video. After video shooting I closed firefox it was still
there.
A few minutes later everything was normal.
