Count me in, I have the same setup as OP. I have another problem but its difficult to describe, I'll give it my best shot. Sometimes when Ive minimized a window, say firefox or rhythmbox and I go to open its drawn on the wrong screen, clicking on it does nothing and it clicks the thing underneath.
