I was using the MATE menu awaiting that this bug has been fixed, but
since I've been using MATE, when I try to log into the GNOME 3 session,
everything is frozen when I log in, I cannot click anywhere (only CTRL-
ALT-BACKSPACE) is working.
(Gnome Classic session is working well)

Hi maybe some additional informations :
I did a fresh new install, new /home drive also --> Up to 1 hour using
it for configuring some stuff like firefox (4 add-ons), thunderbird and
so on, I didn't had any crash.
After that I started the updates (only Level 1 updates), using it for 1
hour again
@Gwendal LE BIHAN : From my part patch wasn't applied, it seems since I
patched the system that it's clearly more stable. Re-organizing my
favorites from the menu has been done without any crash, regarding
before patching it was crashing every modifications
