Well the reason behind this dependency is that human-icon-theme inherits
missing icons from tangerine. For example Synaptic icon.
So you have the option to have this theme install or "enjoy" the
gray/red box and a floppy disk as an icon for Synaptic. There are a few

Tangerine-icon-theme has been dropped from the seeds in favor of simply
using ubuntu-artwork package which pulls in the new slick humanity
theme.
There are 47 scalable icons which are provided by tangerine and are not
in the human theme. So I think it is reasonable for human theme to

wx-common binary package has moved from src:wxwidgets2.8 (with ubuntu
modifications) to src:wxwidgets3.0 (no ubuntu modifications needed yet).
please remove wx-common binary package
sync/fakesync wxwidgets3.0

I have added series tasks, to clearly reflect that this is fixed in
Ubuntu 13.04. In practice this message is shown at times too early, when
/tmp is still being cleared from files generated at previous boot. Thus
one can ignore and wait for it to go away.
