@matachi, I think I had the same problem with not being able to see the
Desktop Integration in the Preferences window of firefox. But, after I
restarted Firefox it showed up. This might have happened if I did my
first Software Update after a fresh install between the time I started
the session that
Okay, good to know. What that means is that the
Edit>Preferences>General>Desktop Integration is another thing which
randomly appears (the other being some of the queries for installing
webapps that show up on sites sometimes only during page loads). In
fact, I just started up the preferences window

Test script to replicate the bug. Run from another computer connected to
the Dell Latitude 5450 or Dell Latitude 5550 over Ethernet. It also

I have a stable ping initially after reboot, however, sometime while
using Ubuntu, suddenly the Wired NIC is disabled. If I re-enable it then
it's fine again for a few minutes.
I think this is a separate issue though. I'll try searching online to

Same problem here. Appears to be an issue when Shockwave Flash 10.0.0
d525 and http://www.facebook.com/swf/SoundPlayer.swf come into contact
with each other, because the following two independent actions fix the
problem for me:
1. Reverting back to Flash 9.0 r124
OR
2. Staying with Flash 10.0.0
I am experiencing the same issue with intrepid alpha 6. Unless I am
missing something obvious, I believe this needs to be reopened.

I can confirm this bug. I believe it has something to do with us having
Broadcom network controllers. I managed to find this on Launchpad by
Googling for "knetworkmanager disconnected first time" and immediately
noticed we both used Broadcom's.
