cpu usage does not match sum of per-process usage
I have verified the above results in a virtual machine, netperf, and
netserver were both showing 41-42% cpu usage while per cpu usage were
showing 63-65%.
I also verified this with 3.10-rc6.
I also did a test, which was to run
taskset -c 1 nice 19 stress -c 1
while running the above netperf. I d
The results from the raw proc data show that top is reporting the same
numbers as the raw output. So this issue exists somewhere in the
scheduler accounting.

There seems to be two issues at play in that bug. Not sure how much
they are related. One where people can get to the virtual consoles
using ctrl+alt+f1 and one where they are not.
When my machine comes back from resume it does not take any input, but
instead drops me at a black screen with a si
I think I discovered the difference between the above two situations.
In the case where the virtual consoles are reachable the nouveau driver
is in use.
In the case where there is just a black screen with a cursor and no
interactivity the nvidia drivers are in use.

The im-ibus.so problem is not fixed for me even with the latest
packages. Something else must be trying to load the im-ibus.so. 646862
was not any additional help or information.

I also am hitting this. This looks to be a gen 9 graphics problem, as
sforshee with gen 10 graphics appears unaffected.

as the audio will now be playing through a separate audio device on the
headset. Basically previously it was using the mono "chat"/mono output
on the headphones. Now with the ppa it's primarily using the
"game"/stereo output.
