Due to the behavior of autopano-noop.sh, included by upstream, patching would
no-longer be required if our autopano program name and arguments matched those
used by both upstream and Debian.
It would probably good to figure out the reason for the discrepancy anyway.
Currently:
Ubuntu: autopano-c
Merge autopano-sift-c:

This is a two line change from Debian: Adding a depends on autopano,

/usr/bin/azureus is hard coded to use
/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/jre/bin/java, circumventing alternatives.
It should use: /usr/bin/java -> /etc/alternatives/java
Inconvenient as, once again, the non-sun jdk crashes.
$ lsb_release -rd
Description:Ubuntu 9.04

I uninstalled the (crashing) openjdk and installed the sun jdk via:
sudo aptitude install sun-java6-jdk openjdk-6-jre- openjdk-6-jre-
headless- openjdk-6-jre-lib-
Then edited /usr/bin/azureus to obey alternatives:
$ diff /usr/bin/azureus.1 /usr/bin/azureus
