The install default is /usr/share/xastir and the script looks for
/usr/local/share/xastir. All that's needed is to modify the fcc-get script
(installs in /usr/lib/xastir) and change:
XASTIR_BASE=/usr/local/share/xastir to /usr/share/xastir.

This bug is still NOT fixed. If you go and install Tvtime it will still
create a .tvtime directory (home/username/.tvtime) with permissions for
root/root. In other words, as a user you cannot save channels etc,
because you don't have permission for write access.
