The workaround I found is to remove all *cross packages:
sudo apt-get -f remove linux-libc-dev-powerpc-cross libstdc++6-powerpc-
cross libstdc++-4.8-dev-powerpc-cross libgomp1-powerpc-cross libgcc1
-powerpc-cross libgcc-4.8-dev-powerpc-cross libc6-ppc64-powerpc-cross
libc6-powerpc-cross libc6-dev-

Hi,
I tried several stuff but nothing make "apt-get upgrade" working, still got the
libpam_systemd package error.
Then I did a "apt-get dist-upgrade" and all things come back fine.
Ahter this dist-upgrade I got :
- Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
- libpam_systemD : 204-5ubuntu20.15
- kernel: 3.13.0-66-generic
Hi,
I got this problem too and effectivly I had "hardy" repositoties activated
(because I need Sun Java 6).
To get out of problem I've just disactivated "hardy" repositoties after what
the outdated package "sysvutils_2.86" is no more proposed for update. Solved !

Perhaps it's an Ubuntu concern because gnome-weather in agenda app is
installed at first Ubuntu installation time, where some user agreements
may be collected.
Is there a Ubuntu GDPR (or other agreement law) group somewhere to talk
about those subjects ?
Thanks & cheers.
