Just checked with latest BIOS update from Dell... problem still exists.
Unfortunately I can't find any extra settings in BIOS, that controls the
power management and PNP/Hotplug support.

3.10.0 - works fine
3.11.0 - works fine
3.12.0 - broken
3.11.10.10 - works
Should I re-open the other bug, and mark this as duplicate?

I develop the driver for ExpressCard hardware manufactured by our company.
I installed the latest Ubuntu 14.04 just before the release of it on my Dell
Latitude E6410
Today I found the problem with kernel, and was able to reproduce the problem
with kernels starting from 3.9.
As I've already told, I've tested the v3.15-rc4 utopic, and bug still
exist.
I don't see how to add the tags... trying standard tweet-like tags
