This is an Ubuntu bug, plain and simple. My DNS resolver didn't suddenly
grow issues because I updated my OS. This is completely unacceptable for
an operating system that touts itself as being "Linux for Humanbeings",
where is the user-friendliness in breaking Internet connectivity for a

Since upgrading to Karmic the direction keys are broken in terminal
based applications, such as the Python REPL, CPAN etc.
Instead of sending up, pressing up gives ^[[A
left prints ^[[D
right prints ^[[C
down prints ^[[B
This worked fine

When installing the package. The program attempted to with no password
for mysql which was not the case. I was able to install it in the
terminal.
