[Bug 857013] [NEW] Window size and position incorrect

Public bug reported: I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 Beta 2 amd64 in LiveCD session (without persistence). Sometimes the size and position of window's program get messed a little bit from where it should be. I've noticed this in early versions of ubuntu also (Natty). I've taken a screenshot. My system:
