Sorry for taking this long. I have updated my packages in Ubuntu 6.04
and the Chinese characters are rendered properly.

I have just upgraded to Ubuntu 7.10 from 7.04. My iPod Shuffle 2G was
recognized without any problems by 7.04. Now 7.10 does not work with

I've applied the workaround described in
http://playbreakfix.blogspot.com/2010/04/getting-skype-menus-to-work-nicely-with.html.
It works for me. The default style, "Cleanlooks", certainly does not play
well with Ambiance theme.
