a tmpfs, so no pid file can be created. I have attached the debdiff
which fixes this issue. This has been backported from intrepid.

Unfortunately php5 is not a good candidate to backport into the stable
release. There are several reasons for this:
- php interfaces can change between release and release.
- Adding more bugs that what we already have.
- Investing time in really testing the new version and not breaking anything.
For those who were having problems can you enable hardy-proposed and
please give a whirl thanks. I would like to get this fixed for the next
point release (8.04.1).

I would like to upload a new version of drbd to the archive.
As it stands right now since there is a userland and kernel module
mismatch, drbd is non-functional in hardy. As well has there is a bug in
drbd which prevents the userland tools in 8.2.6 to communicate with the

As per above, enable mod_cache can have adverse side effects for
websites. This is a regression from dapper to hardy upgrade due to
mod_cache been enabled globally.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THIS:
1. Install dapper apache with mod_proxy enabled.
2. Upgrade to hardy.
3. Check to see if caching is enabled
I get the same if I am using the dapper cd-roms as well. 2.6.24-19.28
and kvm-1:62+dfsg-0ubuntu7
