I went and modified my /usr/share/applications/gnome-screenshot.desktop
file to add quicklist support for this option, and it works on my own
machine.
I'm still largely unfamiliar with how creating patches and the bug
fixing process in general works, but after getting the source with apt-
get sour
Occurred when I opened the Software Center and started browsing my
Installed section.

As shown in the attached screenshot, the current string shown in Power
in System Settings says "Caution low battery", which looks weird. As a
way to fix it, perhaps changing it to "Caution: low battery" or "Caution
- low battery" would be better.
