The Software Updater does not use the Ubuntu Mono font as the monospace
font in its Details pane while installing updates. This would improve
consistency, as the Terminal already uses Ubuntu Mono as its default
font.
Using Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 1 and update-manager 1:0.174.

Ubuntu One does not have an icon in the Dash and the Alt+Tab switcher.
In the latter (as well as the launcher), the icon background is gray.
The icon still shows in both the Unity launcher and in System Settings.

During startup, the Ubuntu loading screen displays and animates just as
it should. But on shutdown, the dots underneath the Ubuntu logo are
either stuck being all white, or don't show up at all.

Here's my compizhang.txt as requested in comment #8. My laptop is now
running Quantal (fresh install from a daily image) and I just had this
issue again today.

Same (that is, the icon does not reappear). A workaround is to look for
Amazon in the dash and drag it back onto the launcher manually.
