install haproxy and nginx on the same server, after hitting it for a

I've been having an issue with the KSoftirqd process taking 100% cpu
usage for one of the 2 cores of my processor. This always occurs after
putting my computer to sleep and then waking it up and this issue has
been present since the ubuntu 9.10 release.
