Problem is solved. I just unchecked "Let pages use own fonts, instead of
defined above". That was my big misstake.

I tried to fix this manually, but dpkg also stop responding on step "Updating

meminfo file is empty, and is not able to attatch. But here is the fstab
file. I first did not find the fstab file, but after I started in
"recovery mode", and restored some packages, it appear. The swap partion
has now start to work.

Sorry that I not follow up this report. I reinstalled Ubuntu, and after
that I have no problem with Synaptic. I think I got a corrupt
installation.
