what kind, it came with keyboard). The thread below suggested the
driver picked by setup was the problem.
Changed driver from ExplorerPS/2 to ImPS/2 and it worked. I vaguely
recall it being ImPS/2 when breezy was installed, bu
Sack last comment. imps just changes the number of buttons supported so
the issue disappears. The problem does occur as described above when
ExplorerPS/2 is used.

VirtualBox does not show up anywhere in Gnome-shell as an application.
Wine doesn't show up anywhere in Gnome-shell as an application.
Those are two of the more egregious examples. I can run them from the
command line. The .desktop entries clearly exist in
/usr/share/applica

I think you've misunderstood me: I've got a newer version but still have
the problem, and those patches don't solve it, but introduced the code
which does the bandwidth checking.
