When I boot my ubuntu, sometimes no USB Device is recognized. (I usually use
Wireless mouse with USB Transmitter)
(Keyboard in the laptop and touchpad is working.)
Restarting does not help, but shutdowning my laptop and booting again it

are no problems related to USB connectivity.
Everytime I boot or reboot my machine I can use my USB keyboard and mice.
Do I need to bisect kernels in order to find when such fix is occured?
