Brian, OK well, I tried a few different things. In the boot command I tried "noacpi nolacpi" had no different results. The ubuntu wiki that screenshots can help you go. I cannot even boot ubuntu, so I am unable to access the terminal. Perhaps I am missing something? ** Attachment added: "Pictu
