Since the work on that bug seems to have fixed your issue, I will mark
this bug as a duplicate for now
It sounds like this is a regression upon upgrading to 6.8.0-49.49. Do
you know of a kernel version when you did not experience this issue? If
so, we can bisect the kernel to find the point at which things broke,
which should narrow down the problem.
