its a general problem i think, what pc i install 25.04, Calculator app
has a minus sign instead equal sign, its looks like Gnome Apps bug

Can you check for updates? If its fixed after the updates OK, if is not
reinstall and try again.
Im on Ubuntu 25.04 Beta right now, my GIMP 3.0 opens succesfully, no errors, no
crashs.

Linux 6.14.0-11-generic kernel now in use of 25.04 Beta and will be on
25.04 Release, 6.12.0-15 kernel stayed on development branch month ago,
so that means now thid 6.12.0-15 not affective to normal user or anyone,
