Could you please patch the current kodi package?
Because I assume updating the package
I have tested with 24.10 and kodi crashed with same backtrace.
I have also checked with Live pendrive and same crash.
I have seen, that VLC does not use hardware acceleration for AV1.
So I'm giving up: I have disabled HW accel. for AV1 in kodi settings.

Hi, I tried it and crashed with same backtrace :(
I'm planning to upgrade to 24.10 when it will be abailable.
I'm hoping that kodi and ffmpeg would be goood enough then.

I have Ubuntu 24.10 with minidlna version 1.3.3+dfsg-1.1
I just found a crash dump of it. Because of privacy reasons I will share only
the backtrace:

(linux-image-6.14.0-15-generic) my journal log is full with kernel log
