Thank you for the info. I still can't found /usr/bin/gtk-wave-cleaner.
But according to the man page, it should be run with gnome_wave_cleaner

Gnome wave cleaner (gwc) is overlapped with geneweb.
Firt, install gwc (sudo apt install gwc). Then, when
I tried to use `gwc` command, it asks to install geneweb.
After I install geneweb, when I use `gwc` command, it is geneweb
(genealogy software), not gnome wave cleaner
