And this is journalctl for the session that crashed. Right now I've
disabled wayland to be able to start the graphics session so journalctl
-b0 probably doesn't make much sense

Also I've uploaded a related crash file with ID 2105470
As stated there adding MUTTER_DEBUG_KMS_THREAD_TYPE=user to the
environment seems to helps slightly but the session still crashes after
moving the mouse or opening an application like firefox

Title:
gdm crashes when wayland is enabled in 25.04
To manage notifications about this bug go to:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm3
I've uploaded a crash report already, the id is in the previous post. I
didn't had the MUTTER_DEBUG_KMS_THREAD_TYPE env var set and setting it
only delays the crash slightly

Title:
Login screen
Public bug reported:
After upgrading to ubuntu 25.04 beta the gdm greeter crashes. Sometimes
it stays enough time to allow to login but then the session crashes
anyway
Disabling wayland in /etc/gdm3/custom.conf solves the issue
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 25.04
Package: gdm3 48.0-1ubu
It happened when I was trying to updating from Ubuntu 8.04 to 8.10. I had to
reinstall all packages from console, and then everything works ok.
Thank you for your interest.

At least this bug is reproduced on a clean installation of Intrepid.
