Public bug reported:
In Gimp, ALT and CTRL+ALT are usually used for actions.
In Inskcape( not installed by default, so less important), ALT is use to select
the object under the selected one for example.
In Gnome, Ubuntu 7.10rc, ALT key moves windows so inkscape and gimp ALT
actions are disabled
Same bug in Hardy. I changed "move window shortcut" (Alt -> Super Key)
in Compiz but i think that should be done by default
