The same annoying bug appears on Linux Mint 17 (based on Ubuntu 14.04) with
xfce4-panel 4.11.0-0ubuntu1 too.
But in opposite Wine does appear neither on the Whisker nor the xfdesktop menu
($ xfdesktop --menu) but in the application finder (alt+F3).
