Cannot seem to get USB Creator working directly from menu.
Have to use terminal via sudo usb-creator-gtk
Some occassions even this this has not been successful in producing
bootable images
Used this tool for many years now since it first appeared but never even
had this err

I can also confirm that the last build (seen on the USB Creator log
attached ) did not build successfully
When inserted into Lenovo Netbook and booted to F12 and USb source
selected the device failed to boot and directed straight to grub on the
original system on the netbook (running Ubuntu 12.04
