No, this is not expected behaviour. I think what I want is "=-2^4", and
it should be -16, but OpenOffice calculates this as 16. This is a
mistake.

Ok, but, for the first, when I worked on this problem, I tried different
things, I removed all Russian support and reinstalled it, and such a
phenomenon as you work on shortly disappeared.
The second is, that now language started to work, though, please tell
me, if I really need this patch, though
