i ended up with the following solution:
as i have the only one array and it is not used for system boot, i've
added AUTO -all to the /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf
and created the file /etc/init/mounted-root.conf
mgr@nas:~$ cat /etc/init/mounted-root.conf

I have HP PB 4720s laptop with 05c8:0403 Cheng Uei Precision Industry Co., Ltd
(Foxlink) webcam.
And the cam is totally not usable because every 15-20 seconds video freezes
forever (until I restart it).
I have only this:
"libv4l2: error dequeuing buf: No such device"

the weird thing is that if you choose file->page preview from the menu first
time, then menu stays global despite of what have been selected for the page
preview action next time - the toolbar button or the menu item.

bring up OO Calc, navigate to Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org
Calc->Formula. Choose "Excel A1" as formula syntax instead of "Calc A1"
which is chosen by default.

copied it over, and again BINGO! it's working like a charm now!!
Bottom line: Calc.xcu is not created during first run of the application

Hello JK (m0d), same sad behavior.
Why i can't just downgrade 1 package via...
`sudo apt install libmutter-10-0=42.9-0ubuntu7vv1`
Many gnome packages will be removed after this downgrade.
May be someone have another solution for do this safely?
Ubuntu 22.04.4 now is unusable for my work purposes.
